Born in Suvorov in 1954, Adrian Cerga is a Romanian artist of lively drawing and painting ability. After Lieco studies, ended in 1975, he begins his artistic forming in Bucharest at the School of Art, that will pledge him from 1978 to 1983. Subsequently he dedicates himself to little environmental projects and takes part in numerous art exhibitions in Romania. The knowing of creative impulses brings Adrian, in 1989, to travel in Europe, having a direct experience of the past with the visit of the most important museum and showing his talent in quite a few collective art exhibitions.
The year 2003 marks his arrival in Italy, exactly in Florence where he presents his artistic project entitled "Giotto e il suo grido". In September 2005 Adrian exposes a series of little shape paintings in a collective art exhibition "Alchimia di colore" at Galleria D. Emme. From January 2006 he attends the School of Restoration "La Cantoria" in the provinces of Florence, continuing his talented pictorial activity.
"Nihil sine Deo" - his motto, that for us represents an artistic manifesto of a painter that manages to observe with reflective critical care.
